NHL releases new CBA proposal

Today the NHL released its latest Collective Bargaining Agreement proposal, offered yesterday to the NHLPA, to the media in the hopes that speculation as to the terms would quiet. Whether considered a PR ploy to quench the news of a lockout-based focus group or not, the league publicized the new deal for open scrutiny.
