6The Denver Cutthroats inaugural season came to an end on Saturday night in Texas as the club dropped a 6-2 loss to close out the opening round of the playoffs to the top ranked Allen Americans.

Cutthroats down, not out after 3-2 playoff loss

1It was a tough Friday and Saturday for the Denver Cutthroats, who had both of their Pink in the Rink games go to the visiting Fort Worth Brahmas this weekend at the Denver Coliseum. Despite raising money to help the fight against cancer, the Cutthroats just couldn’t bring a win to the many fans in attendance, falling 1-0 in the second of the back-to-back contests.
